TATA HBX

Tata Motors is planning to launch their HBX concept, rumored to be called the Tata Timero before Diwali 2021. Priced around Rs 5 lakh to Rs 8 lakh, the Tata HBX based SUV will be a good option for affordable hatchbacks in the Indian market. It will be powered by a 1.2-liter 3-cylinder petrol engine that gives out 86bhp of power and 110Nm of torque coupled by a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT.
NEW MARUTI CELERIO

Maruti Suzuki is expected to launch their second-generation Celerio hatchback in the third quarter of 2021. This new upcoming Maruti hatchback is likely to be priced around Rs 4.5 lakh to Rs 7 lakh. And will be offered with two engine options, either an 82bhp, 1.2L petrol or a 67bhp, 1.0L petrol. This will be coupled with either a 5-speed MT or a 5-speed AMT.
HYUNDAI AX1

Hyundai is about to enter into the hatchback category with their AX1, do note that this is the codename of their upcoming car, and it will come with a different name when it launches. It is likely to be priced around Rs 4.5 lakh to Rs 7 lakhs and is expected to be powered by a 1.2-liter petrol engine, the same powering the Hyundai Grand i10 Nios. This engine produces 82bhp and 113Nm of torque and is coupled with either a 5-speed manual or with AMT.
