Audi India has launched the Q8 in India with a hefty price tag of INR 1.33 Crore (ex-showroom, India)
Today, the German luxury car manufacturer, Audi, finally launched its flagship SUV in India. The Q8 is Audi’s latest entrant in the Indian market and will be available in limited units. Deliveries of the Q8 are expected to commence in the next few weeks. Also, the car will now be taking on the BMW X6 and the Range Rover Sport in the luxury SUV crossover segment in India. Prices for the car start from INR 1.33 Crore (ex-showroom, India).
The Q8 comes fitted with a new BS-VI compliant 3.0-litre V6 TFSI petrol engine that generates over 350 HP and 500 Nm of peak torque. This engine is then paired with an 8-speed Tiptronic transmission with the Quattro (All-Wheel Drive System), which helps the car propel from 0 to 100 kmph in just 5.9 seconds and reach a top speed of 250 kmph.
In terms of features, the Q8 is equipped with Adaptive Air Sport Suspension, a set of LED headlights, dynamic front, and rear indicators, a single illuminated rear LED taillight strip, Twin touch screens with advanced Multi-media controls, heated front leather sports seats, a wide sunroof, a 20-color customizable ambient lighting system, a Bang & Olufsen sound system with 23 speakers and much more.
