After the CE 04 Concept being unveiled last year, we may finally see the BMW CE 04 EV pretty soon. This scooter can be considered as BMW’s major attempt in entering the EV segment. Thanks to the leaked images and other info’s we have a much clearer idea of what to expect from the BMW CE 04 EV
The BMW CE 04 EV will carry intricate, layered, origami-style bodywork. There will be also rear mudguard-mounted indicators and a number plate. It will also carry a large TFT screen, but not as big as the 10.25-inch unit seen on the concept. This system is expected to carry Bluetooth connectivity and navigation abilities.
Interestingly, while there's no mention of a mobile phone charging port, there is also news regarding BMW simultaneously developing a jacket to come along with this scooter, which will have features such as wireless charging!
As of now, we don’t know much regarding what will be the amount of power the BMW CW 04 EV will carry with it, but what we know is that it has a telescopic fork and offset mono-shock. What's most interesting news about the BMW CE 04 EV is that this EV scooter may soon come on the roads of India once it launches Globally. While the testing of this scooter is still going on, we can expect this scooter to arrive later this year or at the beginning of 2022.
