Kia Introduces A 30-Day Return Scheme For The Carnival MPV

To be more competitive in the market, Kia has introduced a ‘Satisfaction Guarantee Scheme’ for the Kia Carnival. According to this, new customers can return the Kia Carnival within 30 days of purchase get a 95 per cent refund of the total cost incurred, if the customer is not satisfied with the vehicle. This is a first-of-its-kind scheme offered by any manufacturer in India.

Even though the new customers can return their Kia Carnival within 30 days of purchase if they are not satisfied with the vehicle, there are some terms and conditions to this scheme like; they need to ensure that their Carnival has not clocked over 1,500 kilometres from the date of purchase. Along with this, the car should also be free from any kinds of "damages, failures and pending claims". If the customer satisfies every condition put forward by Kia, only then will they receive 95 per cent of the total vehicle cost. This refund will include the vehicle’s ex-showroom cost and overhead expenses for registration.

The ‘Satisfaction Guarantee Scheme’ is the first step to bring this purpose to life and is designed to offer a differentiated Kia ownership experience to our customers, prioritizing their peace of mind during these testing times.”
